As one of the most sought-after band leaders in the United States, Johnny Polanco had a remarkable talent for crafting exhilarating Latin music that resonated deeply with salsa dancers and musicians around the globe. His exceptional artistry even caught the attention of the iconic Prince, who would frequently travel just to experience the magic of Johnny's performances.

Although Johnny Polanco is no longer with us, his enduring legacy lives on, carried forth by our new house band, Fausto Cuevas Y La Moderna. Week after week, we continue to ignite the dance floor with their scintillating performances, delivering the same fiery passion that has made our Salsa Mondays an international sensation.

SALSA NIGHTS AT EL FLORIDITA

For over three decades, El Floridita has been the ultimate destination for live entertainment, setting the stage for unforgettable evenings every Monday, Friday, and Saturday. Join us as our doors swing open at 7 pm, welcoming you to indulge in a delightful dining experience. To secure your preferred seating, we highly recommend making reservations in advance.

Our dinner package is priced at $55 per person, encompassing an array of delights including an appetizer, an enticing entree, and of course, the mesmerizing live music that will fill the air throughout the entire evening. If you prefer a more relaxed standing-room experience, our bar area warmly welcomes guests aged 21 years and older. For just $15 per person, you can revel in the electrifying show, dancing and swaying to the infectious rhythms that fill the room.

Enhancing the experience even further, we offer a complimentary salsa dance lesson at 8:30 p.m. on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
